RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@yourjapaneseadventure.com. Users must contact Trip Planner and ask for their package to be canceled before they have received any Itinerary or video sessions. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
<The following items cannot be returned. Video Sessions after expiration date or any session has been redeemed. Any package after Itinerary has been sent out via Email.
Users can not Return or Chargeback after Itinerary has been sent via Email. Users can not Return or Chargeback because of issues with services unrelated to us like flight delays or hotel overbooking. Users can not Return or Chargeback if something on their Itinerary is canceled due to weather. Users can not Return or Chargeback if by the time of their trip a venue has closed down unexpectedly. Users can not Return or Chargeback if they do not like Japan as much as they thought they would. Users can not Return or Chargeback if they do not communicate in time to finish plans before trip. Users can not Return or Chargeback if they do not schedule video sessions before they expire. Users can not Return or Chargeback for any reason other than me failing to email the Itinerary by the agreed upon date.
